I have spent over two decades in the security industry, leading national operations, major contracts and multi‑site deployments across corporate, public‑sector and high‑footfall environments.
As Managing Director, I focus on building resilient, client‑centred services through strong leadership, clear standards and a commitment to continuous improvement. I oversee strategy, compliance and service delivery across TMA, ensuring every contract is supported by trained, confident teams and robust operational planning. I’m passionate about raising industry standards and developing long‑term partnerships. Outside of work I enjoy sport, travel and spending time with my family.

Quality and planning underpin every effective security operation. After 15 years in manufacturing, I moved into security as an onsite officer, progressing to supervisor, operations manager and eventually national account director. I joined TMA in 2023 as Quality and Mobilisation Manager, working with corporate and retail clients on audits, KPIs, deployment planning and compliance.
I ensure all staff are SIA licensed and BS7858 vetted, and that policies align with legislation and SIA standards. Outside work I enjoy live comedy, cinema, football, rugby and gardening. My accreditations include IOSH Managing Safely and ISO9001 Internal Auditor.

Christy joined TMA Security in April 2023 after 8 years' experience within the finance sector as our Finance Manager.
Christy's responsibilities covered all the financial aspects of the company including Invoicing, Payroll and Purchasing. Since the acquisition of Glevum Security Christy is now the Group Finance director and is now responsible for all the group financial matters through her management of her team. As the group grows Christy will be responsible for streamlining all financial processes.

With the sector constantly evolving, adapting to new situations is both rewarding and insightful, and no two weeks feel the same. I work with a wide range of clients, from charities and office facilities to councils and retail operations.
At TMA, I manage onsite personnel, recruitment, training and daily operations, partnering with clients to ensure safe, confident workplaces. Outside work I play rugby, follow multiple sports and go to the gym. I’m a member of the Security Institute and the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals.
